The purchase of a diamond can be one of the most difficult decisions you'll ever have to make. That's why we give you 30 days to return your diamond or jewelry piece for a full refund or exchange. No questions asked!
This 30-day return policy is not applicable on special orders, special sizing, discounted items, and special financing purchases.
The center diamond must be in excellent condition, free from breakage and chipping, and be accompanied by certification documents. Select designer engagement rings and wedding bands are special orders and are not eligible to return.
