Since May of 2000, a system known as the "Kimberley Process" was enacted to provide proof to our vendors and suppliers that these diamonds cannot and do not enter the United States under any circumstances.

Genesis Diamonds adheres to the highest standards in the industry and expects the same from its vendors and suppliers. We only do business with vendors and suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process, the Voluntary System of Warranties, and United Nations resolutions pertaining to conflict diamonds. We will never purchase or trade with any dealer that does not provide proof that they adhere to the Kimberley Process.

Every piece of jewelry purchased from Genesis Diamonds is backed by our lifetime warranty. All of our products go through rigorous quality control checkpoints to make absolutely certain that the item you receive is free from abnormal stone loss/breakage, as well as any defects in the workmanship or manufacturing. Please note that this warranty does not cover your center stone or normal wear and tear. Genesis Diamonds highly recommends that you cover your valuable jewelry with an insurance policy as well to cover loss, stolen jewelry, or mysterious disappearances.
